Our aim is to provide structured, high-quality mathematics education to support students in improving their confidence, understanding and exam performance.

2. Masterclass Programme Membership

The GCSE Maths Masterclass is provided through a monthly subscription.

By joining the programme, you agree to:

  • Pay the advertised monthly subscription fee
  • Maintain an active account to access programme materials
  • Use the resources provided for personal educational purposes only

Membership includes access to the live Masterclass sessions and resources available during your active subscription period.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and provides access to the GCSE Maths Masterclass programme for one month. Your subscription will automatically renew every month on the same date unless cancelled.

For example, if you join on the 15th of the month, your access will continue until the 15th of the following month, when your next payment will be taken.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and up to date..

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future payments from being taken. Access to the programme will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If you experience an issue with your membership or believe there has been an error with a payment, please contact us and we will review your situation.

6. Tuition Sessions

For individual tuition:

  • Lessons must be booked and attended at the agreed times.
  • Students should arrive prepared and ready to learn.
  • Where possible, reasonable notice should be provided if a lesson needs to be rearranged.

Any specific tuition arrangements, including scheduling and payment terms, will be agreed separately.

7. Student Accounts

Students are responsible for keeping their account login details secure.

Accounts must not be shared with other individuals.

Access to resources is provided for the registered student only. Sharing, copying or distributing materials without permission is not allowed.

8. Learning Resources

All worksheets, lesson materials, videos and resources provided remain the intellectual property of the business.

Resources may be used for personal educational purposes only and must not be reproduced, sold, shared publicly or distributed.

9. Educational Outcomes

We provide teaching, guidance and resources designed to support GCSE Maths progress.

However, exam results and academic outcomes depend on many factors, including student effort, attendance, engagement and independent study.

We cannot guarantee specific grades or exam outcomes.
